About Us

David Isbon, P.E.  has over 30 years of engineering experience and knowledge. Our experience includes foundation/structural evaluations and design, geotechnical properties of soils, construction of residential and commercial properties as well as extensive experience in engineering inspection and construction. 

David has been a licensed Professional Engineers in the State of Texas since 1986 and is also a Professional Real Estate Inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission.  David graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1979, which included numerous courses in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering. David has extensive experience in electrical, mechanical and structural systems.

David is a lifelong resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth area years with extensive knowledge of how homes and foundations are designed and built for the different types of soils in North Texas.

David has performed inspections on homes as old as 1865 and has performed over 5000 inspections of foundations and homes. All  inspections include an elevation survey of the foundation so it can be determined how the foundation of a home is performing.
