Foundation Inspection with Engineer's Report, Elevation Survey Drawing and Recommendations
Isbon Engineering & Associates provides engineering evaluations of foundations with written engineering reports and elevation survey drawings. David Isbon, P.E. has performed over 5000 inspections on slab and pier & beam foundations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. When you schedule a foundation inspection for your home, you will receive:

Inspection of the interior and exterior of your home for foundation related issues. (drainage, tree root issues, distress signs, etc)

Inspection of the crawlspace, if you have a pier & beam home.

A foundation elevation survey performed and evaluated by a licensed professional engineer.

Computer generated drawing with a drawing of the home including site information and interior foundation elevation measurements.

Engineer's report providing recommendations and a repair plan if necessary. Reports are normally available 24 hours after the inspection.

Friendly, personable, and courteous service with answers to any questions about your foundation, or answers regarding conflicting information from foundation companies.
Repair plans provided by Isbon Engineering & Associates can be used to obtain bids from foundation companies. We are not associated with any foundation repair company or contractor.
Isbon Engineering & Associates has extensive experience with the many different types of soils and foundations found in the Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex.
